MATHAMATICIAN TO MATHEMAGIAN

 Mathamatician To Mathemagian

A mathematician is someone who use an extensive knowledge of maths in their work whereas mathemagician is a mathematician who is also a magician, one who play with numbers and combine math with magic.

Basically mathematics is not everyone cup of tea because for many it is a nightmare. Mathematical anxiety is very common in several students. Mathematical anxiety also known as math phobia,is anxiety about one's ability to do mathematics. It is a phenomenon that is often considered when examining students's problems in mathematics.

But for 30 year old VIVEK RAJ from KERALA alppuzha district playing with numbers is just like a breeze. Give him any number 2 OR 3 Digit to multiply, add, subtract, he will do it as fast as lightening. He can do calculations quickly in his head. VIVEK was in class 7 when his father gifted him a calculator but by the time he grew up, he himself became the calculator.

" I WAS INTERESTED IN NUMBER RIGHT FROM CHILDHOOD. I LOVE PLAYING AND CALCULATING WITH NUMBERS. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I HAVE TO SIT AND TAKE EFFORT TO STUDY. ITS SOMETHING THAT I ENJOY DOING . IT COMES TO ME NATURALLY. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU LOOK AT NUMBER PLATE OR A DATE CALENDER? I TEND TO MULTIPLY THE NUMBER WITH ITSELF FOR AS MANY TIMES AS I CAN CALCULATE ,ITS FUN FOR ME" says vivek.

In 2016 Vivek made Limca Book Of Record for fastest addition and multiplication. He was given number 67 by the examiner and he multiplied it five times within 15 seconds and got an 11 digit number as answer. YES! are you surprised? but its true he is a MAGICIAN.

Vivek wants to make students like him. he wants to help students to remove the fear of maths which is inculcated in their mind. Vivek hope to be a changemaker in today's education system.

Theory of intelligence What is intelligence?   The word intelligence is derived from the word "intelligentia" which means "to understand". It is defined as the ability to perceive and retain the knowledge. Intelligence has been defined in many ways in terms of logic, understanding, self aware, learning, creativity etc. Many psychologists talked about the theory of intelligence like Spearmen, Thurstone, Gardner, Sternberg. Today we will discuss about " TRIARCHIC THEORY OF INTELLIGENCE " . In 1985 Robert Sternberg proposed theory. It is called TRIARCHIC theory because he talks about intelligence in three aspects . Kinds of intelligence? The three aspects are: PRACTICAL INTELLIGENCE CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE ANALYTICAL INTELLIGENCE 1 ) Practical intelligence : in this type sternberg talk about ability of a person to interact with everyday world successfully. it is also called "contexual intelligence". Such people deal with everyday task which is rel...
POLLUTION Pollution  is the introduction of  harmful  materials into the  environment . These harmful materials are called  pollutant s. Pollutants can be natural, such as  volcanic ash . They can also be created by human activity, such as trash or  runoff  produced by factories. Pollutants damage the quality of air, water, and land. TYPES OF POLLUTION :- Air pollution        refers to the release of harmful contaminants (chemicals, toxic gases, particulates, biological molecules, etc.) into the earth’s atmosphere. These contaminants are quite detrimental and in some cases, pose serious health issues. Some causes that contribute to air pollution are:           Burning fossil fuels           Mining operations           Exhaust gases from industries and factories ·  ...
DIGESTIVE SYSTEM The digestive system allows us to utilize food from such diverse sources as meat from an animal and the roots of a plant, and utilize them as an energy source. Whether it is the ability to coordinate the chewing of the food without injuring our tongue and lips or the propulsion of the food from the stomach into the duodenum while releasing the appropriate enzymes, our digestive system allows us to manage the process without much thought and often while performing other tasks. PARTS OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM MOUTH The mouth is the entry point for food, but the digestive system often gets ready before the first piece of food even enters our mouth. Saliva is released by the salivary glands into our oral cavity  when we smell food. Once the food enters the mouth, chewing (mastication) breaks food into smaller particles that can be more easily attacked by the enzymes in saliva. PHARYNX AND ESOPHAGUS The pharynx (throat) is the transition area from the mouth to the...
